Along with managing the GMS Library and working with the faculty to instill good research skills in our students, Walter is a popular performer known as Walter the Giant Storyteller. Walter also travels as a lecturer on the importance of books and stories for children and teens.

Walter is co-author of Valerie and Walter's Best Books for Children and author of Walter the Giant Storyteller's Giant Book of Giant Stories.

Walter joined the faculty at GMS in 2002.
