7th Grade Spanish for Fluent Speakers
Course Description
This class is an advanced language course designed for students who are fluent in Spanish. The main goal in this class is to further develop the students’ writing, reading, and communication skills. Students will improve, learn, understand, and practice their Spanish grammar and vocabulary by writing responses to their reading assignments and reading and participating during class discussions.
Philosophy
The seventh grade Spanish for fluent speakers course is designed to introduce students to Latin American Literature. By reading and understanding different points of view and writing styles, the students will be encouraged to use their creativity and understanding of the assigned reading to create their own stories. In addition, students will be introduced to different aspects of history and culture around the world.
