Course Description
The sixth-grade SEL class prepares students in developing communication skills, conflict resolution skills, appreciation of differences, and self-appreciation. SEL provides a supportive and safe atmosphere where the students can discuss many of the challenges that face adolescent girls. In this course students also learn accurate information about puberty, health, and sexuality.
