The Girls’ Middle School has moved! This fall, we opened doors at our new location at 3400 West Bayshore Road, in Palo Alto, California. Our new home gives us a space that is truly ours—a room of our own—to continue to create and nourish the joyful, innovative, and challenging educational experiences that have been the hallmark of The Girls’ Middle School throughout its first twelve years. We will have additional classroom space, allowing us to meet our current needs and have room to grow. A gym/multipurpose room will create opportunities for new GMS traditions—picture it with us: a home crowd for games, or opening night of the school play. The new location is close to Greer Park and a bike ride away from The Baylands Preserve, which means our girls will be able to learn science in the field, and our teachers will have opportunities to pilot new environmental science programs.
