Getting to Know GMS

There are many ways to get to know GMS this season. Every admission event is open and available to all families and we encourage you to participate in them as it is comfortable for you. We have created these events as a way to share what we believe is special about GMS and offer you the opportunity to experience the warmth of our community for yourself.

Attendance at all events is optional. We strive to make the application process as simple and stress-free as possible. We seek diversity through all aspects of the school and encourage all interested families to learn more about our program. You do not need to submit an application for admission to participate in our events.

Parent Gatherings

Our informal Parent Gatherings offer an opportunity to talk with current and alum GMS parents about their GMS experience. The topics covered will be driven by your questions, and all questions are welcome. Some events are in person and organized by location, which might be helpful if you have questions about your commute or your local public high school transition, for example. Other events will be hosted on Zoom and are not location-specific. Some events are in Spanish. View specific dates and register for events through the Ravenna system. All parents/guardians are most welcome!

Members of our community will share their experiences and reflections on GMS and our ongoing efforts to create a safe and inclusive environment for all students and families. We hope you will join us and bring your questions! Spanish translation is available at this event. Register for this event through the Ravenna system.
