The 2023 Bennett Scholars Breakfast

THANK YOU!

On Thursday morning we gathered to celebrate 25 years of the Bennett Scholars Program. We welcomed over 250 people at the Crowne Plaza hotel and over 60 households from across the globe and our entire student body through our live stream.

To those who were able to join us, thank you for being an essential part of yesterday's success. Thank you for believing in our students, in each other, in the Bennett Scholars program, and in this event.  Please enjoy the gallery of photos from the event.

There is still time to Support Our Scholars! Thank you to everyone who has donated so generously already.  If you haven't yet had an opportunity to give, EVERY GIFT will directly support Bennett Scholars in the GMS Class of 2026.

The Bennett Scholars Program

The Bennett Scholars Program selects girls from across the Bay Area to receive a world-class education and see a world of possibilities for themselves.

Deeply committed to providing an equitable experience for all students, the GMS community offers substantial financial assistance and comprehensive support to motivated girls who show academic promise and often represent the first generation in their families to attend college.

  • Approximately 30 scholars receive full GMS scholarship and wrap-around support each year
  • 155 scholars have graduated from GMS
  • Scholar alums have a 100% high school graduation rate

Learn more about the Bennett Scholars Program and how you can support these extraordinary girls.

“The program's ultimate goal is to ensure that each Bennett Scholar, and her family knows that when she leaves GMS, she can determine her path to whatever future she desires.”
