The GMS Fund FAQ's

We keep tuition at a rate that is competitive with our peers and supports an inclusive and economically-diverse student body. While some of our families may be able to shoulder a major tuition increase year over year, most cannot. The GMS Fund allows families to help us close the funding gap each year, at a level that feels more manageable to them.

Giving is a highly personal decision that families should make together. Every gift makes a difference towards reaching our goal and ensuring that our students have access to all the resources that make a GMS education special. We ask that you make a gift that feels manageable and significant to you. Our number one ask is that 100% of families make a gift that feels significant to their circumstances.

Of course! We recognize all families in our Annual Report and invite all families who give at the Leadership level to a special gathering. Finally, no matter the size of your gift, each donor receives a tax receipt for their gift.

We sure hope so! Many employers offer a matching gifts program as an employee benefit. Matching gifts allow you to double or in some cases triple your contributions to the school. Use this tool to see if your employer participates in a matching gifts program. You will be recognized by GMS for the sum total of your family's gift AND any corporate match given in your name.
